My favorite class at UNH is the Love in Song Honors course! We got to spend an entire semester listening to different love songs from all different time periods of the 20th century and it was such a fun way to test your mind and learn more about the history of pop. culture! On top of that, now I can sing along to all of my mom's favorite songs with her!
I am currently working on honing in on and perfecting my leadership skills. I'm extremely fortunate in that I either currently hold or have held leadership positions at UNH, and every day I work towards being a better leader and especially a leader that people look up to!
My favorite place on campus is the Bartel's Student Center! During the school day, the center is thriving with activity with any and all students and really makes me feel like I'm at home. Also, the on campus Dunkin' Donuts helps me get my coffee fix, so it's a close second!
I chose UNH because the Forensic Science program is quite honestly the best one I found out of any of the colleges I was looking into. Seeing Dr. Henry C. Lee speak about forensics at my campus visit was an experience unlike any other. Also, when on my campus tour, I couldn't help but notice how perfect the size of the campus is for me; it's not too big where I feel overwhelmed but it's not too small where I feel squished. I remember on my tour I looked at my mom and said, "Yeah, I know this is where I want to go."
